The Raven-X2 is a 4 channel, intelligent video server delivering high quality H.264, MPEG-4 or MJPEG video compression plus advanced video analytics from the eading vendors. As a standalone leading edge solution the Raven-X2 transforms standard analog video surveillance cameras into a high performance video treaming and content analysis product. The Raven-M video server is equipped with PTZ control, TTL inputs and relay outputs. The alarms, relays and serial ports allow users to remotely manage events.
The Raven-X2 is powered by the Mango IVS (Integrated Video Server) Software. The Mango IVS framework enables the seamless integration of third party video nalytics software creating a truly intelligent edge device. With its advanced features, the Mango IVS allows recording live events, motion detection and full command and control of video parameters such as resolution, bit rate, frame rate and the video analytics embedded into the server. The Mango IVS Software enables on board rule management creating a unique standalone solution that can configure and process analytic rules, and notify the client by posting the violation data through an XML protocol.
The Raven-X2 incorporates the IP camera support feature that transforms the encoder into an IP device that receives encoded video streams from 3rd party IP cameras, analyzes the video content and adds intelligence to existing standard IP video infrastructure.
The integration of third party video analytics with the Mango IVS software and hardware system creates an ideal video surveillance
solution that reacts to threats using predefined rules, and issues alerts accordingly.
